Our returns and exchanges policy is: You have 30 days from receipt of your item to exchange or return it.

How do I return or exchange an item? Follow these simple steps:

1. You can find the corresponding order on the Member Center - My Order page, and submit the return or exchange application form, and we will reply to your return or exchange request as soon as possible.

2. If you don't know how to apply for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service, and we will guide you through the return or exchange service. When contacting us, please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and the item to be returned or exchanged.

Notice:

Product must be in new, bonus (if applicable), unused/uninstalled condition.
All original packaging and labels must be intact and included.
Returns will not be accepted for normal wear or damage caused by misuse or accidents.
Be sure to keep your return tracking information. Potrebyparty is not responsible for packages lost during the return process.
For exchange orders, we will reship the item within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.
The return address for all orders is the address specified. We will provide you with return information.

Once the item is received and inspected, if there is no problem with the returned item, we will process the refund to you within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.
For all refunds, refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
Note that depending on your credit card company, please allow 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds (order cancellations)
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us in time. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order has already shipped.
When your order is confirmed to be cancelled, we will process your refund within 2-5 working days. We will send you an email notifying you of your refund.
